With more than 33 powder white beaches to choose from, there is a beach to suit your every desire.   From beach strolling to beachside dinning, Anguilla’s beaches are ranked among the most beautiful in the world. The only thing you won’t find on Anguilla’s beaches are crowds!

West End Bay is located just minutes from two glorious beaches; Shoal Bay West and West End Bay.  Shoal Bay West (not to be confused with the more famous Shoal Bay East) is more than a mile of powder white sand and turquoise water emanating from the Caribbean Sea.  This beach is home to some of the island’s top resorts and restaurants and is perfect for shelling and other beachcombing pursuits.  Less known, but equally secluded, is West End Bay beach, dotted by small West Indian style homes and a harbour for local fishermen and their boats.

A little further up the road from West End Bay Holiday Suites, you will find Maunday’s Bay , The Cove and Rendezvous Bay  on the Caribbean Sea side, and Barnes Bay, Meads Bay and Long Bay on the Atlantic side. Each offers quiet solitude and the ideal spot to catch up on some long overdue book reading.

And since Anguilla is only 35 square miles, the perfect beach is either at your back door or just a short drive away. All of the island’s beaches are public and you are invited to discover your own personal favourite.
